At WRF Pastured Foods we use animal welfare practices, no secondary chemicals, antibiotics or hormones, along with access to forage so that our animals are naturally healthy and happy. This creates a very low stress environment. We select out animal breeds that are optimum for meat quality and hardiness. Because of this standard we maintain our own closed registered Berkshire breeding herd for all of our pork production. Chef's the world over name Berkshire as a premium meat pork and our customers agree!
